Stuffed chicken wing with sausage and a cheese sauce with makers mark neat.

Apple bourbon grilled pork chop with a 35 day barreled old fashioned. (Incredible)

Beef tenderloin with chargrilled Kai lan with makers mark 46.

Bourbon creme brulee with a southern spicy tea.IMG-20190724-WA0010.jpegIMG-20190724-WA0011.jpegIMG-20190724-WA0013.jpegIMG-20190724-WA0014.jpegIMG-20190724-WA0015.jpegIMG-20190724-WA0017.jpeg

I don't know. I've got 1.4kg beef mince defrosting in the microwave ... and that's it.

As yet I don't have any specific ideas yet.

I probably will end up throwing a bag of stir-fry vegetables with it and make a white sauce over pasta.

At least this will keep me fed for the next day or two.

.
Slice some potatoes and make a big bowl of oven chips and top with the mince and melted cheese.

Looks perfect

Apart from the box of custard I think it was perfect indeed.

The store bought custards are always a bit too runny and thin for my liking.

When I have more time I will make a proper thick custard from scratch again.

Yeah it makes a huge difference to do a homemade custard with cream and vanilla beans, and just a wee dash of amarula ;)

Damn... I'll be getting malva tomorrow.

Haven't had dessert in a while.
