If you're able to grapple with Section III which looks pretty heavy - I'm sure you can grapple with the basic notions of health. Get some proper wholesome sustenance into that biological system of yours and you'll be better off for it. That sammy doesn't look to bad though - but cook a few meals every now & then rather than takeaways & bread all the time.

Sorry if that came across preachy-douche-like. Just trying to convince you to do some more cooking :).

Thank you. Since the hospital I've been trying to eat heathier but it actually has got worse....
 
Chillies, mozarella, cheddar, tomato, lettuce, onions, gerkins and 2 x 100g beef patties topped with an amazing sauce.

One of the best burgers I've had in ages.

I made chicken in an electric frying pan with onions and spring onions and carrots and spices and curry and water and Urbock (Nambrew ... Windhoek) lager beer.
