Seared Crispy Skin Duck Breast With Duck Fat Fried Potatoes

My first time making duck breast. It was amazing.

Duck is my favourite meat. My bil used to own a duck farm in Stellies and we would get meat directly from him, that was amazing. And duck fat is phenomenal stuff man I'm jealous

Yeah I need to go pick up more.

Oh and the duck fat for the potatoes was rendered from the breast itself, not a separate jar of fat or anything.
