Damn, that looks fantastic. You making this from a recipe? Trying my luck here, but any chance you want to share the recipe?
Howsit bud! We really enjoyed it.

Used this to spice the meat - https://www.daringgourmet.com/greek-seasoning-blend/. I added a bit of cumin, just cause I like it. Some recipes have it, some don't think it's greek enough.

And this for the bread -

Was really worth the effort. For me, the most NB part is putting the lamb on a super hot grill to ensure the grill marks, but also not go over. I used lamb steaks cut into 1inch-ish cubes. Sliced them off the skewers to make them more bite-size for the bread. Was my first attempt at a flatbread with yeast. I think I under-kneaded it, but it worked and we live and learn.
