Got a SS plate for my 40th a couple of years ago. Think i should also give it a go as a stir fry pan. Just need gas burners and a frame to rest it on.
Idea is it's a kuier braai. (MY English just broke).

You do need the right rig to make it a group thing. I will try mine on the Braai-Door (use it as a countertop) on top of my potjie burner

Chinese braai. Get a moerse steel plate with burners. Put all the stuff (meat, veggies etc) in containers, let each person do their own mix and braai. Serve on rice with lekker sauce.
