This looks great.
Some Wagyu meatballs.
I’m inclined to put a sun powered downlight just above the spot I sit at the table for better photos.
@epah , would substituting Wagyu with Angus be a good idea?

Where can one find fennel seeds? I never see it in any normal grocery store.
Most spice places will sell. Health food stores. Quite sure I've seen at pnp & woolworths.

I once actually had this in beijing and I recall not being totally impressed.
It was better this evening.
