Dunno but I'd say if you don't have kids or guests coming over try it and see. Guarantee it won't be so bad you can't eat it. Else Postnet to me for lunch.
Yeah I’ll try it and see.

Joh you eat supper early.
So what happened is....

I read somewhere you have to slow cook the ribs in the oven. After an hour in the oven it looked and is more than ready. Meat falls off the bone. So I got hungry. Was gonna make veggies, but decided to do a moerby salad with a honey + English mustards + Mayo and drop of milk sauce.

And now I am eating supper.

Eating Maya with the milk sauce later.

Understand why you are hungry now.

Just a quick butter chicken.

It’s harder work than a hand masher or the Kenwood but you get a perfect purée

Aah knew what that was never knew that’s what you call it.

Does it do things with rice too?

First thing I plan to do with my KitchenAid when I get it is their mashed potatoes.

No it has nothing to do with rice. I guess it turns the potatoes 'rice-like'? The main problem with using an electrical beater/mixer with mashed potatoes is that firstly it can still leave small lumps behind, secondly it overworks the gluten causing the texture to become sticky. The ricer removes even the tiny lumps but doesn't whip up the potatoes at all.
