I read somewhere you have to slow cook the ribs in the oven. After an hour in the oven it looked and is more than ready. Meat falls off the bone. So I got hungry. Was gonna make veggies, but decided to do a moerby salad with a honey + English mustards + Maya and drop of milk sauce.
And now I am eating supper.

Marry Me chicken and mash. I FINALLY got a ricer and I can’t believe it took me so long. The textural difference is insane

It’s harder work than a hand masher or the Kenwood but you get a perfect purée
Aah knew what that was never knew that’s what you call it.

First thing I plan to do with my KitchenAid when I get it is their mashed potatoes.
