Looks orange as butter chicken to me.

If it’s red like a tomato I’d probably never be able to eat it because that would be way too acidic.

Cream makes it orange.

Oh no it’s not even remotely yellow like that.

Maybe get a better more colour accurate phone/monitor , it’s perfectly orange on this Apple.

Did you buy very ripe tomatoes or get them a week ago and ripen at home?

Not sure what the local greengrocers do with their over ripe because they never have them - only what they all call "champagne colour"

I would call them normally ripe I guess.

Been in the fridge a few days but arrived ripe.

They were all pretty fresh and resistant to cutting.

This looks quite decent although personally I am not a fan of sweet things (butternut/pumpkin). Roasted pumpkin + mincemeat + some roasted vegetables and some pepper/garlic sauce over top ?
