Chicken noodle soup, with wholewheat sourdough toast:

I tried egg noodles which I'd found at Food Lovers' Market, but they absorbed a lot more of the broth than I'd anticipated. Still tasted pretty good though, nice and warm on this rainy Cape Town day.
excuse the tupperware, all the good soup bowls were already in the dishwasher for some reason. Perks of having the in-laws living with me.
Always boil noodles before adding them to a soup to prevent them from absorbing the liquid
