And pie, curry gravy and chips is banging.

First time cooking with miso. At first it seemed like “Asian Bovril” tasting the raw product but after working it into the crème fraîche and butter for a sauce it actually turned out very peanut buttery, but could also have been the sesame seeds adding that angle.

Will definitely do it again.
