It'll take immense discipline and complete abstaining from coke.

I did exactly that for during the last six months of 2014 and lost 10kg ... which is A LOT for someone like me with an extremely ectomorphic body shape.
 
Exactly what the Discovery Wellness folk told me today. Need to cut back on the carbs and exercise more :(

I cut carbs as a way of not having to exercise :o

...I do know exercise has other benefits beyond calorie burning...just fokken lazy.
 
Had woodies burgers

I had the beef mushroom and green pepper one and wife had chicken with avo

Damn good burgers and a steers milkshake went down well with it
