Vegetables about to go in the oven to roast. Those spiralized zucchini are gonna come out tasting like takeaway thai noodles :).

That looks awesome. Need to get a spiral slicer. Recipe?

Just tossed in oil, salt and cayenne pepper. Should've added crushed garlic but I ate the cloves whole roasted. Doing the zucchini in the oven like that cooks a lot of the water off and the oil gives them a nice soft, tasty texture. Haven't really played around much with doing it on the stove.

Chicken marinaded (why does my spell checker say it's spelled wrong - - - anyway) in yogurt and tandoori paste.

Don't know yet how to cook it: In the oven or in an electric frying pan.

My oven technology is a little bit dodgy.

Wifey made tikka grilled chicken fillet, topped with lemon curd & a drizzle of homemade hot sauce, stacked on a slice of rye bread, butter lettuce & rocket. Served with fries & sweet chilli sauce.

It was divine

Like it. She puts so much love into your meals.

Or is it because she knows you're posting in the Food threads. ;)
