Think it depends what you're cooking. Generally follow the closest recommendation of the recipe. A sweeter red would go better with chicken or pork for instance.

Thanks, good to know. I've never cooked with wine before. Wanted to try simple things first, like bolognese or beef stew-type dishes.
 
Peanut oil or sesame oil or both?

Of course it should be both because sesame oil is too pungent to use on its own.

Vegetable and sesame oil. And soy, fish sauce, 5 spice, coriander, sugar. I don't have any peanut oil.
 
On Sunday I had woodies burgers

Dammit this was one of the best iv ever had

And not pricey

I had the mushroom and green pepper sauce burger with chips and was r60 for a double patty burger

I have read that green squash have almost no nutritional value (other than dietry fibre and some minerals) at all.
