I liked the Heston Method, but prefer the Zuni chicken by far. Try it out if you have the inclination.

Mrsc made a kind of slow cooker thing with potatoes onions cheese and bacon.

I have to say the quality of that photo is heads above what I had with the G2 and even the 5. You can really get a sense of the texture of the elements. Very impressed.

It was very saucy, just doesn't show in the pic. But it was a rushed dinner last night, got home late and everyone frazzled plus I had a new PC chassis I had to install

Didn't have any sour cream that was the only bummer, but I used lime to garnish it instead.
