It's 22:00 at the moment.

I'm having a chicken and cole-slaw and spicy salad wrap as soon as I have stop drinking.

All the ingredients are cooked and waiting to be consumed.

EDIT: Before you start lacing your posts with judgemental criticism ... I wade around with my drinks for hours at a time. I've only had 2 tonight. I savour my drinks.

Okay, the wrap was a whole wheat wrap,
Cooked Chicken bought from PnP
Spicy salsa (from PnP)
And a pepper cole slaw (from PnP)
With some nando's sauce.

Getting a supper easier and as tasty as this is easy is not possible.

looks good ..recipe ?

I pre-cook the chicken with some the Thai paste and coconut oil.

Add coconut oil/sesame oil to hot wok, add about two tablespoons of paste and fry it off. Add in chopped spring onions, kafir lime leaves and lemon zest. Saute. Add in veg (I use peppers and sugar snap peas) and saute, not too long or you'll lose the crunch. Add in fish sauce, soy sauce and some honey (or palm sugar if you have it). Add in a can of coconut cream and the same amount of water. Cook on high heat for a bit. Add in your cooked chicken. Cook for a bit to let combine. Before serving, add in fresh lemon juice.
