I like beef ribs (smoked and/or roasted) but I find the quality is too inconsistent.

Cooked in oven with dry rub and covered with tin foil for two hours. Finished on the bbq with a hickory wet rub

Boiled in water with onions and chilli. Beer added once water had boiled down

I think I'll have burgers tonight.
I have Portuguese rolls
Beef patties (pan fried)
onions (which I'm also going to pan fry)
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced Cheddar
I have a jar of jalapenos chillis
and a jar of Sweet Peppadew sauce.
It's going to be epic.
EDIT: If I haven't had 4 eggs already this morning, I would have fried eggs to put on my burgers as well.
