^^^ Damn!
That melted cheese looks delicious. Sure it smelt amazing. No chilli sauce over the top or in the mince mix?

Wraps with tikka chicken and rice, Harissa sauce, salad (lettuce, tomato, onion, feta, avo), lemon juice.

The mince itself is like a Chili mince.. Just plenty of spices, chillies, mushroom, onions and tomato puree.

I'm definitely making this again.

I wish there was a way to smell each others food :(.

Must have smelt fantastic coming out the oven...definitely having a go at that.

Back on topic.......

Here's a recipe for the most amazing tuna lasagne you will ever taste.

500g Tagliatelle, cooked according to the packet instructions.

Tuna Sauce

4 Tins tuna in water, drained
1 Tin condensed tomato soup
1 Large onion, chopped finely
Crushed garlic, to your taste
S & P

Fry onion in butter until glassy.
Add Garlic and cook for one or two minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes. You can add a little water if you find it's too thick.

Cheese "sauce"

3 Tubs chunky cottage cheese
250ml Cream
Two handfuls grated cheddar cheese

Mix all together.

Preheat oven to 180.
Place half the pasta at the bottom of a baking dish - I use quite a large rectangle one.
Place tuna sauce on top of pasta
Place cheese sauce on top of tuna
Place the balance of the pasta on top of this
Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese

Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.

It's even delicious eaten cold the next day

Enjoy:D

Been incredibly lazy to cook over the last few weeks.. just ordered Dominos Pizza.

Think I might have ordered enough for a small army... :/

Been like that for the last 4 months. My attitude towards cooking has also gone down the drain.

I might be looking at a renewed, upward curve after considering some comments directed at me lately.
