Pork schnitzel with pepper sauce, gem squash with cheese spinach and a tiny bit of bacon stuffing, as well as a nice spinach salad. Can't take credit for making any of that from scratch... Ain't nobody got time for that...

I know it doesn't look like much but it tasted great.
Made Chinese stir fry with soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mixed in some ginger, garlic and chili. Then fried a steak in another pan in avocado oil (garlic infused) which I then cut into strips and tossed in with the stir fry. Added a dollop of Greek yoghurt at the end.
Sounds awesome but the last bit seems like an odd fit with Chinese flavours.
Double Bimbo's breakfast pita & chips, jeebus this stuff is really good pity the the rest of the country don't get to experience it.

RESPECT.
You bake or grill yours? I make mind kinda like a pizza: Load it with toppings and bake for about 15 minutes so it gets hot all the way through. Grilling is quick - but it cools down too quickly and I prefer the way cooking softens up the toppings.
Jerk chicken was marinated for 3 hours then slapped on the grill. Pulled apart and loaded on nachos with pica de galo, habanero, corn and cheese. Baked in oven for 17 minutes. (Would have been 15 but cat was sitting on my lap)
Specific jerk spice or a homemade mix you do yourself?
