I basically use this one.

Except I use a whole 250ml of cream to make it more saucy and sometimes add some red wine to it if I feel like it.

Be careful with the salt as I found the default recipe to often be quite salty. But it might depend on the mushroom as I used different mushrooms this time and it wasn't super salty.

Also I recommend adding the garlic and even other spice only after reducing it somewhat otherwise the flavour disappears.
