Does the mince go in raw?
It would probably be awesome on a bun. But no bread for me... Omelettes, coleslaw or maybe some form of low carb bread.
As for sauce: lots of apple cider vinegar, chilli & crushed pepper.

I think there's a famous chef out there that use ask new applicants to cook a plate of scrambled eggs.
Scrambled eggs on toast.
This might sound like a simple meal but 99.9% of people cannot make proper scrambled eggs. Only restaurant I've ever had decent scrambled eggs in was at the royal in durban, topped with salmon.
You would think it would be so easy (which it is) but you always end up with this dry lumpy schite on your plate.
