The inlaws gave us a panini press for Christmas so tonight it was thinly sliced rump with Emmental and a sweet caramelised onion and Sriracha relish. I also spread some of the relish on the outside of the bread for the last minute.

One of your goals for 2016 needs to be to up your culinary game. Even if it's braaing. Give your moms a break.

Definitly! Il start of by cooking one meal a week then gradually up the steaks.

Is that bream? Yum. I had a rather tasteless pulled pork ciabatta at the restaurant formerly known as Manukas, and my wife had a much nicer Thai chicken salad.
