Dry aging small cuts was debunked by Kenji a while ago iirc.
No way for me to know what's been posted, considering my absence. But I shall refrain...
all that hard work ...days of waiting for you to go and eat a small piece steak WITH VEG

400g Sirloin + leftovers on low carb. Did the trick...

My point was that it's not exactly 'new food science', not that it was/wasn't posted here. The Serious Eats article on this is over three years old.
 
Thought it was worth mentioning considering how often I hear it bandied about. Like I said, I shall refrain in future...

Kind of chicken bacon tomato cream Parmesan pasta
 
Made crispy taco shells with cheddar.

Filled them with jalapeno loaded mince, cabbage and some sauce. Little side salad just to fill up the empty part of the plate.

Nachos taco bowl at Senor Onion. Not sure why they needed to include corn nachos plus the bowl, but whatever.
 
Home made tagliatelle and an Italian recipe sauce made mainly with butter, cheese, truffle and Parmesan.

Looks a bit boring but man I had to post this pic because it was the nicest pasta I've had in a long time.

Nothing beats fresh home made pasta. Nothing.

Spent the afternoon making brown onion soup, another hour of simmering and it will be ready for bread and cheese.
 
A 6s+, why? My kitchen hasn't got great lighting unfortunately.

Cornish pasties with duck fat roast vegetables and mushroom gravy
I see you also reuse your old German mustard jars.
