I going to attempt a vichyssoise in my pressure cooker now-now ... after I have finished my whiskeys.
Going to use beef tongue stock instead of chicken stock in it.

A leek and potato soup. I was curious how it would taste with beef stock rather than chicken. It seems an odd choice.
My wife made a beef neck stew that cooked the whole day and drove me crazy downstairs while I was trying to work. Absolutely delicious.


All that green stuff is trying to push your food of the plate.Nice piece of rump, potato dauphinoise, braai'ed mushrooms and a Greek salad.
