Smoked a chicken til it was almost cooked then finished it on the fire with some hot sauce.

We brought eggs but no pan. Saffas maak a plan

Someone brought a texan. Not my favourite but a nice snack in between playing cards.

Yesterday I had my first ever authentic Ramen at Obi on Long Street.

Previously the owner/chef of Takumi.

It was fricken awesome, but I overindulged a little bit by sharing some Coriander Sushi with a mate beforehand so I really struggled to finish my portion, surely to the dismay of the Japanese owner.
