^ Looks good.

Tonight some fried avo (got two huge ones from Durban I need to use), smokey aubergine and kimchi.
Bit of a mess :).

Fried avo? How is it? Is the kimchi homemade?
Nice, maybe a bit too sweet (the avo itself was sweet + the flour). I dusted with coconut flour, salt and spices...need a more neutral flour next time. The internet seems to love panko & avo / breadcrumbs (google fried or baked avo). Crispy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside - I like it. Didn't bake mine just fried in a pan with some oil until golden brown each side.

Yeah the kimchi is homemade - this one has been sitting for about 6 weeks+ I think so it's tasting really good right now.

Do you have a Kimchi recipe?

i had 40 cloves of garlic chicken the other night , was very good

One of my fiancee's favourite dishes :) We don't have it now because it's sad with no French bread to mop up all that glorious sauce.

so looking for nice recipes for slow cooked chicekn

Chicken is lean and tender for the most part, so I don't really see much value in slow-cooking it. Maybe for pulled chicken tacos or something but I'd still cook it fast and hot.
