One of my fiancee's favourite dishes We don't have it now because it's sad with no French bread to mop up all that glorious sauce.


Chicken is lean and tender for the most part, so I don't really see much value in slow-cooking it. Maybe for pulled chicken tacos or something but I'd still cook it fast and hot.

Not pretty but damn delicious.

I got a whole cooler bag full of fish fillets from a colleague that he brought back from Hermanus. Still need to ask him what fish it is. It is not hake.

Baked it in lemon, garlic and cajun butter and served it with loads of cheesy caulimash.

Those olives are soaked in a chilli vinegar for a couple of months, so would burn most people a new arsehole. Will suffer for them shortly
