Never knew this had a fancy name!
Looks like the "tamatie bredie" we make. Plenty of sauce! delicious

with rice or pasta?

Yes it's very similar :) had it with rice and also made mash.

Grabbed a nice piece of flank steak from checkers yesterday, rubbed in some of of my taco seasoning and let it cook in the oven for about four hours on a bed of onions. When it was done I whipped up a batch of black beans, sautéed some peppers, with the slow cooked onions, and o'la... taco time.

The meat was truly impressive.

Looks great.

Yesterday I did lamb necks marinated for 24 hours then braised in red wine with peppers, and duck fat fried baby potatoes.

Didn't follow a set recipe.

Simply bought a pork knuckle from butchery and pickled it for 3 days.

Today I spiced it with simple bbq spice, salt and pepper and then popped it in the airfryer for 90min.

Not at all.

Perfectly crispy skin with juicy meat. Really loving the air fryer at the moment.
