Can't see why not.

To be honest I use very little to no oil. I mostly spray the bottom of the basket with Spray & Cook so that the food doesn't get stuck to it.

Didn't follow a set recipe.

Simply bought a pork knuckle from butchery and pickled it for 3 days.

Today I spiced it with simple bbq spice, salt and pepper and then popped it in the airfryer for 90min.

At what temperature did you cook it? That looks tasty!

160 for about 80min (turning it about 3 times) and then 200 for the last bit to give it decent color. I checked and turned it every few minutes for the last 10min.
