I have made this a few times and I honestly enjoy it a lot. The general recipe calls for the dough to be broken up into 5 buns which I find results in very small buns so we rather do 4 which are much better in size. It also makes a great pizza base (I see Jackson's real food market make the fathead banting bases with all their pizza's which is awesome.)How was it?

You can also make sausage rolls with the dough as its quite versatile. I have also made tortilla chips with them for nachos. All in all it works well.
