Sounds like "Engrish" code for road kill cow - still looks good though
 
Whoa. What a night.

Starters

  • Baked Camembert with poached pear, apple & cranberry sauce and almond crumble.
  • Creamy trinchado.


Mango sorbet for a pallet cleanser.

Mains

  • Kabeljou with roasted potato and a clam & white wine sauce.
  • Tomahawk Steak with roasted veggies, blackened mushrooms and a butter brandy sauce. Fondant potatoes on the side.


Dessert

  • Rainbow cheesecake, candyfloss, bubblegum ice cream, gin & tonic jelly and candied popcorn.
  • Honey & nougat parfait, honeycomb, white chocolate hive, lime jelly and almond crumble.
  • Dark chocolate brownie, white chocolate brownie and pistachio ice cream.

Wife's request to finish off the weekend. Will be dessert after the braai tonight.

Crust slightly thicker than I wanted but filling is perfectly smooth and set.
