Yeah plus it's perfectly fine to cook pork meat @ medium rare. I think people have been overcooking pork for years so they miss how juicy it is naturally.

Does anyone have any tips/recipes for a pork stew? My brother got some pork potjie meat from a butcher and we've never made a stew with pork before. Found this Hungarian Pork Stew recipe that looks pretty easy and tasty:

Made this yesterday as part of the Mother's Day celebrations. Great recipe. Pork was doek sag and tasty as hell. Two thumbs up.

Didn't want to start a new thread but I want to ask the cooking experts here if they know why my pots are, all of a sudden, going black on my gas job.
I've been using these pots for years.

We had this issue. Turns out the jets were incorrect (apparently was the European version) and Bosch replaced it for free without needing any paperwork.
