Yeah, sauce to portion ratio was definitely out. Think my fish sauce went bad (hard to tell with the standard smell - haha) so I decided to sub with soy sauce & tamarind paste.

I'm just busy with a boring Macaroni and Cheese (Already made the Béchamel sauce by hand as I am a pro at that and never get it wrong ever).
But with a twist, cheesy bacon sausages diced up with caramelized onion on top
Then a layer of thinly sliced tomato
And then a layer of grated Cheddar

Let's see how it works out, if it looks terrible I won't post a photo later But I know it will taste very nice.
