Seems we are all in the same valley.

I’ve heard about all these fabled Spar ribs, is it really that good?

Mate of mine swears by the one at the top of Protea Hoogte but I haven’t been.
It's pretty good, decent value and fairly quick. They were always very consistent, never been disappointed.
 
New, bigger skillet so tried making mac 'n cheese with leftover chicken. Tastes great.
