No jokes, slept until 11 the following morning

Simple, meatballs and pasta.

Then for some idiot reason I ingested half a pack of instant yeast and spent the night hugging the toilet

Slow cooking a shoulder and shank. House smells heavenly from the garlic, onion, herbs and wine.

Braised the lamb with onion, carrot, garlic, herbs and stock. In the last hour I removed the lid, removed the braising solids and added some fresh carrots.

Served with some garlic bread and mediocre air fryer baby potatoes.

Oh I can assure you that some of the better looking meals didn’t taste so good. Japanese curry is delicious
