Gem squash, green beans, baby marrows and patty pans. My goodness, how exciting :( :( :( :(

Par-boil em, then fry with a little garlic, tomato puree`, fresh basil and origanum, salt, pepper, little butter. Then stuff that in the halved gem squash, top with parmesan and bake. Still pretty damn healthy and much tastier...
 
Herb encrusted Fried Dorado fillets on Pumpkin fritters with a tossed vinagrette salad. (Used a deep fryer for the fish so it's crispy outside and moist inside and served with lashings of Tartare sauce)

huh why is that. a Steers is a Steers is a Steers i got a toasted sandwich with chips and a drinking cup for my daughter 2 days ago from Steers in Goodwood and when i went to the Steers in Paarden Eiland today the woman had no clue what i was asking for and as much as i explained what i wanted to her and a guy that looked like he was something other than a sweeper and he just stood there, i had to walk out after that.

Spinach, pine-nut and pancetta cannelloni in a gruyere cheese and roasted garlic sauce...
 
Clueless at this point..

But possibly something along the lines of a seared piece of steak with a jalapeno and jackdaniels sauce...
