What's for supper?

I am going to make some Pasta and Mince, Green Peppers, onions, vegetables :)

The way food prices are going I think this will be my last PASTA for months to come.

They charged me R12 for 3 tomatoes :(

I make this a lot. The initial costs are high - beef mince, carrots, leaks, canned tomato, onion, herbs. But if you make a lot, it can be zapped in the microwave whenever convenient and it tastes even better.
 
Pancakes!!

I seriously had 6 pancakes for supper last night + the 2 practice ones that you have to make first ;)
 
braai FTW :) been having alot of braai's lately ...cheaper and tasty :)

It's really wierd, looking around the shops these days, it's like meat is the cheapest food around.

Must be the only country in the world where poor people can only afford to eat meat, while the rich eat expensive vegetables :).

Paid R8 for a measly little red pepper the other day.
 
Undecided what to eat tonight.

Had chicken biryani and veggies for lunch, so not too hungry, but what shall I have?

Maybe pasta or just a sandwich ...
 
Had roasted marrows and beans ... :( oh im supposed to pretend it was good .. so :)
 
Chicken breasts which I diced to bits and sauted in olive oil and Banditos Braai sauce then I made soft tortilla wraps stuffed with the chicken bits with lettuce, cheese, Hellmans mayo and slices of mango. Quite tasty:)
