That ****en looks delicious and healthy as well.

Today's supper is mutton bunny and salad, with a cold Castle.

Oic. They will get packed if they keep up their standard of food and service.

And their opening times. Doubt they will though. Food has really slacked in recent years though, and the prices keep going up and up as they buy more property.

2 large Debonairs' pizza (Chicken Tikka and Four Seasons)
1 large Garlic bread
Apple juice
Romany's cream biscuits

My first try. Super Easy.

Fresh Fish. Dry with paper towel. Then Rub in some Coarse Salt, Black Pepper and whatever spices you want. I just used some leftover Thai 7 spice and added some Chilli Flakes.

Double layer of foil to prevent leaks. Wipe the inside with some butter and spread a bit of garlic on. Put fish on. Top with some thin slices of butter, lemon/lime slices. Fold the foil edges up and then fold the parcel closed. In hindsight, I shouldn't have pierced the foil at the start, because I lost some juice when I flipped it.

The cooking time was a complete thumbsuck. I just did about 4 minutes a side on medium heat, then opened the foil and assessed it. Apparently you just push it with the back of a fork. When the fishy segments separate nicely, it's done.

Looks cooked to perfection as well and sounds about right too. Well done...

Mmmhhh...

Angelfish (R15.50 p/kg) @ Fish for Africa Monte Vista. Fresh, not verlep !

Pan-fried (flour & seasoned egg) on medium. Savoury rice (onion, garlic, green pepper, grated carrot). Heaps of FRESHLY chopped garlic & REAL butter (heated in microwave) and as much FRESHLY squeezed lemon available. Freshly ground rock salt.

I break up the fish into the rice. Every mouthful a sensation.
