Lunch and supper. Done.

Looks like a feast. We had roast leg of lamb and brown onion sauce. Veg. Potatoes. Greek salad. Panini.

Sure was bud. Roast lamb, Line fish, Turkey, Crab curry, Prawn chutney, Butter chicken, crumbed mushrooms, gravy, Vegetables, Salad, baked Potatoes, rice and Roti.

I left out the desert list, lol. Gonna hit the gym tomorrow and repent.

xmas dinner of amazingness, something you dont find very often in the little towns of thailand :D

Stuffing, Mom green beans n bacon, mash sweet potato, chicken and honey glazed ham. Pumpkin pie, ice-cream and chocolate brownies for desert. Terrible photo, was before everything was brought out.

Chops chutney - made my by mum.
Dhal roti - made by an aunt.

Dhal roti/dhal puri is awesome.
Agree on the dhal roti - I often have it when I travel to our office in gurgaon - there's a corner cafe that does the best authentic home cooked stuff. My fav from them is Mutter Paneer... It just doesn't seem humanly possible to stuff that much flavour into a paneer...
I'm not familiar with chops chutney though - Ill have to look for a recipe.

Fry the chops in some braised onion and masala. Add a little fine salt.

Remove chops from pan and throw in some fresh chunky tomato puree and slices off chilli. Simmer for a few minutes. Throw chops back in. Simmer for maybe 10 minutes. Check salt.

Crusty bread will work well too

Awesome, thanks!! I'll be sure to get the missus to do this as I'd probably burn the house down :)
Sounds good!
