Lunch and supper. Done.
Looks like a feast. We had roast leg of lamb and brown onion sauce. Veg. Potatoes. Greek salad. Panini.
Agree on the dhal roti - I often have it when I travel to our office in gurgaon - there's a corner cafe that does the best authentic home cooked stuff. My fav from them is Mutter Paneer... It just doesn't seem humanly possible to stuff that much flavour into a paneer...Chops chutney - made my by mum.
Dhal roti - made by an aunt.
Dhal roti/dhal puri is awesome.

Fry the chops in some braised onion and masala. Add a little fine salt.
Remove chops from pan and throw in some fresh chunky tomato puree and slices off chilli. Simmer for a few minutes. Throw chops back in. Simmer for maybe 10 minutes. Check salt.
Crusty bread will work well too
