What's for supper?

Grilled chicken with a black cherry, tomato, and balsamic compote, with sage roasted baked potatoes, and a carrot, corn and caper salad...
 
Compared to the aforementioned esteemed forum member's supper, my mac and cheese probably sounds a minor let down. But it was yum.

I tried that Mongolian Beef and it was to die for.

And so easy to make. This will definitely become a regular meal in our home.

I don't need my spirits to be bolstered for my supper tonight because it's going to be an epic whole grain, tomato, cheese, salami, tobasco sauce sandwich.

We had a fruity Malay chicken curry by my wife. No pics but it was delicious. We were given a set of Malay curry packets so I've been getting into that a bit recently. My lamb curry is pretty flippin rad.
