On google street view you will see a mikes kitchen there. That is where hooters is located. Just next to the mcdonalds on corner of Simon vermooten and russouw.

Actually, you turn into Russouw Street.. then after the Engen, you will see the turn into the parking area.. you will see Hooters directly on your left side.. can't miss it.

There seems to be another parking area further up which is right in front of the Hooters entrance.. I think if you drive further up Russouw you will see the entrance to that parking lot as well.
