shopped
Suppose to be shopped.
Unless Fanie is a farmer, I doubt he has those rumps walking round in his backyard.

Leaning towards some chicken marinated in oil tonight.
^So? What do you think of the cast iron gas?
different ball game ...that taste is something else
but that cast iron needs to be extremely hot
i saw little smoke coming off and was a little hot ...and put the meat on
wasnt that hot
but then tried again and furking hell what a steak
Yeh, you should let it go for about 3-4 minutes first so it warms up, also try and get your steak so close as possible to room temp. And remember, the more you practice the better you get![]()
i wasnt sure about the gas
i opened it and then it made those noises so kept it low
the 2nd time it didnt make the noise so i know it can go higher
LOL noooo! it must be nice and noisy. The flames should just fall short from creeping out the side.

last night was Grilled crayfish tails with savoury rice, calamari strips and sweet potato fries
Dude, are those cape rock lobster or actual crayfish (huge difference) because if it's lobster, those tails don't look to be of legal size.
eish i dont know ..someone gave it to me and i dont know the actual difference
and those tails are cut in half
it was small though
To me it looks like lobster (crayfish are freshwater species). Next time, ask the guy you got it from.
lobster are the smaller ones ?
