Sole is not really a braai fish - best bet is to foil it with white wine, cherry tomatoes on the stem, butter, salt and some fresh herbs - close up the foil pack and steam. Simple and delicious. Just before you serve it, chuck in a little cream and black pepper for the sauce...
 
Chicken is thawing. Curry or grilled?

Thinking grilled cos of less work. Or maybe Cajun flavoured on a hot pan

My post was a quote from LOTR: TFOTR where Ghimli led the fellowship to the mines of Moria of his cousin, promising them a royal welcome ... with red meat off the bone.

It would eventually turn out non-too-appetizing when orcs got hot on their heels.
