What you're making is a picco de gallo, which is a raw salsa. Not really a salsa per say, but delicious nonetheless. I always make heaps of the stuff so that I have actual salsa for a few weeks afterwards...

picca de gallo is just the most awesome thing on the planet, and the only time i have it that makes my mouth water when it's made by someone of try Mexican descent.

But that was by far the best tasting Quesadillas I have ever had. Think I should add something like sour cream as a third dip for the next time. That "Salsa" was heavenly.

If we have another photography competition the subject should be food!

We had lamb shank last night... man that was nice. There's something to be said about eating a chunk of lamb off a bone. Almost forgot I had vegetables!

Been at Splashy, so my diet for the last few days has been:

Grilled prawns
Fresh chicken curry on the fire
Fried rock cod.
Lots and lots of beer
