Butternut, halved and cooked in the microwave.
Can of sweetcorn
Fried bacon and onions
Butternut is scooped out and mixed with sweetcorn and bacon
Mixture is scooped back into butternut skins with grated cheese sprinkled on top.
Quickly grilled in oven.
