Made pork chops stuffed with dates and feta cheese. It's an awesome combination and I'll do it again. I found that the secret to keeping the chops moist is to flash fry them first for brownness, and then add water to the pan, to about 1/4 the height of the chops, and simmer till cooked through.
And grilled mushrooms stuffed with homemade pesto and sundried tomatoes.
And.. some kind of sauteed vegetable thing.

Mushroom and cheese stuffed chicken breast with sauted baby bok choi and roasted rosa tomatoes. Lightly roasted potato on the side.

I have not been to many places. I'm not as well traveled as others on this forum. I just post alot of pics of my meals. :D

I don't always make the right choices. Like last night my whole family got food poisoning at Emperors Palace. Stay away from Platia guys.

Eish, food poisoning is ****, get well so you can post more pics.

I actually rather decided to stuff the chicken with boerewors. Not bad :D

You'd have to overcook your chicken to such a degree to get the boerewors cooked that I can't imagine that ever being appetising...
