I think... I wouldn't mind trying it.. I see tripe when I go shopping and it looks utterly gross, but a lot of Indian people love it. I should probably give it a shot.

Brinjal slices, onion, jalapeno, and large Portobello Mushrooms prepared on griddle pan.
Once the Brinjal slices were done I places a slice of cheese on it. Then I covered the slice with a slice of Avo, the jalapeno & onion and then placed the mushroom on top.
Wish I took photos.

Nooit bru. There was just enough heat for the steak and the wings. Steak was done to perfection.
