Slightly undercooked and lacked creaminess but the flavour was good. First time trying a risotto though so I want to get it right. It's not a nightmare to cook, it just needs a lot of attention.

Yeah I didn't prepare enough stock basically. It wasn't terrible at all, just could have been far better.

MrsC made a chicken cream mushroom thing last night, very nice indeed.

I have it in my head to make enchiladas from scratch. The only sticking point is the difficulty of obtaining real Masa Harina here if I wanted to do corn tortillas. But I've made flour tortillas before and they came out pretty well so maybe I'll just do that. And maybe do a roasted green chili sauce along with... mmm

The iPad does a decent enough job. It's the G2 that gets such miserable results. I do have a handheld Canon but who uses those anymore amirite?
