Sounds good.

I am having some braaivleis tonight. Steak, chops and boerewors :D

Picard are you still alive?

yum... i'll have that the weekend ( going away a bit)

Tonight homemade chicken burgers on health bread:D

Probably leftovers from last night's meal: Mince curry, aloo gobhi, roti and tomaoto & cucumber salad.

Do you not eat "normal" food anymore?

You've really taken this Indian thing quite seriously hey...

Last night was delicious, baby potatoes, veg lasagna, pan fried chicken breasts with lemon, garlic and peri peri sauce and the obligatory Greek salad made with baby spinach, lettuce, feta, avo, olives, tomatoes, cucumber etc etc

:D :o

I meant grilled chiken on health bread. Chicken Burgers:D

Lol, chicken is nice when made nice. I made sticky chicken wings and drumsticks last night :D

I thought Blu was indian.

What's not normal about indian food...?

Well when it is made with real indians....nothing.

Mr Blu is not going away that much during the week anymore, so his heart is very happy when he sits down for dinner and it's Indian cuisine.

But by tomorrow, we'll switch.

So to help me in my preparations, what do you think is the epitome of "non-Indian" cuisine? Please let it not be McDonalds!!

I made my first ever white sauce last night. It tasted great. I almost wanted to eat it like a soup.

It was very simple just heated milk, butter (real butter) and cheese with salt and pepper.

Next time add a pinch of garlic and a bit of italian herbs(think its from Robinsons) :D
